Alpha Environmental hourly service rates:
1) Minimum of 1 hour charge. 30 minutes of the first hour is for travel time to/from the
job location. Therefor a repair that requires 45 minutes on site will be billed as 1 hour
15 minutes (repair + travel time).
2) Charges accrue on 10 minute increments after the first hour.
(Example: a 1 hour 20 minute service call would have $85.00 billed for labor, a 1 hour
45 minute service call would be billed at the next increment $65+$52=$117.00)
3) Some repairs are charged at a flat rate. Written estimates are given for flat rate work,
these include but are not limited to:
a) System change out
b) Compressor change out
c) Blower motor replacement
d) Coil replacement
e) Heat exchanger replacement
f) Duct work addition's
Often the consumer may want to get several quotes or a second opinion on the above
work (compressor replacement, system replacement, etc.) In this event a 1 hour service
charge applies and is credited toward the job costs if Alpha Environmental is selected
for the job.
