Warranty Administration Charge:
When a system is covered by the manufacturers warranty and the system "was
not" sold and installed by Alpha Environmental, then a $40.00 Warranty
Administration charge will apply for processing the warranted part.
Additional warranty charges:
Note in some cases the manufacturer may also charge shipping for a warranted
replacement part. If shipping is charged for a warranted part then the customer
will be responsible for the shipping charges.
In addition, travel time charges to warranty the part may apply at the normal
hourly service rate.
When the system was installed by Alpha Environmental then NO Warranty
Administration charges will apply. If the warranty is outside of our standard
labor warranty period of 1 year then shipping and travel charges may (but do
not always) apply.
